3. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, source code, logos, and processing algorithms, is the exclusive intellectual property of PDF AI. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

We do not claim any ownership rights over the files you upload. You retain full copyright and legal responsibility for all documents you process through our service.

You warrant that you have the legal right to possess, upload, and modify the files you submit to our service.

4. Strict Data Erasure Protocol

PDF AI is built on a Privacy-First architecture. Our servers operate on a strict 60-Minute Auto-Destruction cycle.

After exactly one hour, our automated system performs a permanent, secure wipe of all uploaded files. Recovery is impossible. We do not maintain backups of your documents.

Important: Please download your processed files immediately. We cannot recover files after the 60-minute window.

5. Global Limitation of Liability

AS-IS Service Warranty

PDF AI is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall PDF AI be liable for data loss, corruption, or server outages. You use this service entirely at your own risk.

We do not guarantee that the result of any tool will be 100% accurate for all complex document structures. Always keep a backup of your original files.

6. No Affiliate Marketing Policy

PDF AI does not participate in any affiliate marketing programs.

We do not earn commission or referral fees from any product, service, or website recommendations. Our only source of revenue is minimal, non-intrusive advertising. We will never compromise our service integrity for financial gain.

  • Change processing limits, file size restrictions, or usage policies.
  • Update these Terms & Conditions at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend the service for maintenance.

10. Right to Terminate Service

We reserve the unilateral right to terminate or restrict access to any part of our website, at any time, without prior notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to your use of the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
